Promotional coolers have no cash or credit value and may not be returned or exchanged.

In the event qualifying merchandise is returned, the promotional cooler must also be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels intact. If the promotional cooler is not returned, or is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, a $325 promotional item restocking fee, plus applicable tax, will be deducted from the merchandise refund or credit.
